  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

The Customer Service officer is a first point of contact for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times and redirects them or keeps messages.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Taking messages and giving feedbacks.
  • Accepting packages and liaising with visitors.
  • Must possess excellent IT skills and efficiently use a variety of software packages.
  • Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff and clients.
  • Standing as an interface between the staff and visitors.
  • Must be PUNCTUAL at all times.
  • Must possess First Aid qualifications and skills.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Keep updated records and files

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc./HND in any Arts or Social Sciences
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. photocopiers, scanners and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Residence in Apapa, Ijora or Surulere is an added advantage

 

 

  1. FACILITY OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a first line contact for the facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors
  • Manage all external providers e.g. maintenance provider(s), cleaning, air conditioning etc.
  • Preparing requisitions of all relevant goods and services that will be needed for repairs/servicing
  • Co-ordination of all premises work, and engage the necessary service providers, to include planned and responsive maintenance, refurbishment, redecoration, office moves, and the provision of furniture and office equipment
  • Manage key and lock changes to offices, including ordering of supplies
  • Responsible for security matters including alarms, access controls systems and CCTV
  • Operate and manage energy and waste management processes
  • Carry out daily walk rounds, ensuring the building fabric is in good order, noting any defects and raising with HR Manager. Coordinate follow up on action items
  • Monitor the active jobs logged
  • Recommend to the HR Manager improvements that could be made to the cleaning, facilities and security services
  • Review and make recommendations to maintain building integrity, maintaining accurate records as required
  • Assist the HR Manager to ensure that the building complies with all statutory regulations and codes of practice; liaise with local authority, Management Company, other tenants in the building, contractors etc.
  • Order and manage all signage and business card requests for the building
  • Provide general assistance on all related facilities functions in the facility, when required
  • Occasional attendance outside normal working hours maybe required

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sc./HND in any Sciences or relevant fields
  • Proven work experience as a Facility/Maintenance Officer or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proximity to Apapa, Ijora and Surulere is an added advantage
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

 

 

 

 

 

  1. MARKETING OFFICER
  • Sourcing for new clients for the Group
  • Maintaining existing clientsaccounts
  • Gathering intelligence information on the activities of competitors
  • Any other duty that may be assigned by the superior officer
  • Preparation of reports on activities carried out
  • To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to clients
  • To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practise and customer expectations.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc./HND in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proximity to Apapa, Ijora and Surulere is an added advantage
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Have excellent written and communication skills

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. MEDICAL DOCTOR (GENERAL PRACTITIONER)
  • Examine, diagnoses and treats patients within the terminal and other subsidiaries as situations arises
  • Required to stabilize, give first aid medical treatment to staff involved in accidents or emergency situations
  • Monitoring and providing general care to patients brought in to the Terminal Clinic
  • making notes and preparing paperwork, both as a legal record of treatment and for the benefit of other healthcare professionals
  • liaising with other medical and non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment;
  • promoting health education;
  • undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department, especially at more senior levels

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • MBS from a reputable University
  • Minimum of two years relevant post internship experience in general medical practice
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Managerial/leadership and interpersonal skill
