Reports will be handled discreetly, assessed objectively and investigated where warranted. Good-faith whistleblowers will be protected against retaliation, regardless of the investigation outcome. Anonymous reports are accepted. Access to the reporter’s identity and report details will be restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, subject to applicable legal requirements. Confidentiality will be protected to the extent reasonably practicable.
All reports should be made honestly and in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary or other appropriate action.
