Toyo Afolabi is a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong academic background in accounting, finance, and audit.

He is pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification at Kaplan Financial, having completed key modules in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Corporate and Business Law, and Audit.

He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School of the City University of London. With experience in internal audit and accounting, Toyo Afolabi has worked at Activision Blizzard (London, UK) as an Internal Audit Associate, with his specialties being risk assessment, audit testing, internal control implementation, and data analytics.

Before this, he worked at SIFAX Global Shipping and Logistics Limited in Lagos, Nigeria, as an Accountant Intern, gaining hands-on experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, internal audit processes, financial analysis, risk assessment, financial reporting, and data analytics. He also has strong proficiency in Excel, Navision, and many other financial software programs.

Beyond his professional and academic commitments, Toyo has a keen interest in global financial markets, economic trends, and cryptocurrency investing. He is also a passionate athlete, having represented his school in national finals for rugby, hockey, and shot put, and winning the David Matthews Rugby Award as well as a county shot put championship. Damilola Afolabi is a seasoned executive and creative entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning media, entertainment, and brand strategy. Prior to his appointment, Damilola established himself as a respected figure in the global music and entertainment industry. He is the founder of Rasaki Music Group, an independent label that has developed and managed top-tier talent, executed high-impact releases, and cultivated strong industry partnerships across Africa, Europe, and North America.

His career began with a landmark recording deal under Starboy Entertainment, where he quickly rose to prominence with multiple award-winning releases. Leveraging this platform, he transitioned into executive leadership; applying his insight into audience engagement, intellectual property development, and international market dynamics to broader business interests.

Mariam Afolabi-Badmus

Mariam holds a Law degree from the University of Warwick, Coventry, England, and furthered her expertise with a Postgraduate Degree (LLM with distinction) in International Maritime Law from the International Maritime Law Institute, Malta. This solid academic foundation has equipped her with a deep understanding of maritime policies, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance.

Her professional journey has taken her through some of Nigeria’s most reputable legal firms and industry-leading companies, including Kayode Sofola & Co, Wole Olanipekun & Co, Kunle Ogunba & Co, and Aluko & Oyebode. Tobi Afolabi

Tobi Afolabi, a graduate of Business Marketing from the University of Ottawa, Canada, is the Executive Director, Planning & Operations at Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Maritime Management from Southampton Solent University, United Kingdom.

Tobi’s professional tutelage started in the Operations department of Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited where he learnt the basics of container terminal operations.

He has also worked with the commercial department of SIFAX Shipping Company Limited where he familiarized himself with agency formalities and learnt the basics of profiling prospects and exchanging sales leads. He is also well grounded in export commodities and their trade lanes as well as special handling for commodities such as cocoa, liquor, reefer cargoes, and ISO tanks.

He has an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven ability to work well in a team environment and possesses strong networking skills.

Dr. Babatunde Afolabi

Dr. Babatunde Afolabi is a seasoned expert in business development and IT, holding a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa, Canada, and an honorary Doctorate in Business Development from the European-American University.

His career began with UI/UX development at Kraneum Technology, where he collaborated on new product concepts and mobile application development.

Afolabi further sharpened his technical skills with roles at Sentinel Consulting and Giatec Scientific as a Database and Quality Assurance Analyst. His innovative spirit is reflected in personal projects such as the Chico Robot System and Intellishade Blind System.  Currently, as SAHCO’s Executive Director of Business Development and IT, Afolabi leads initiatives that enhance the company’s digital transformation, streamline operations, and explore new business opportunities. Adenike Aboderin

Adenike Aboderin is a distinguished finance professional with over two decades of leadership experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Renowned for her expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and policy formulation, she has made significant contributions across industries, including oil & gas, infrastructure, and transport.

Before joining SAHCO, Mrs. Aboderin was Director of Finance and Accounts at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), where she led critical financial operations and budgeting. Her public service roles include the Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Trade and Investments and Chair of the Social Issues Sub-Committee for Nigeria’s 2015 Presidential Transition. In her earlier banking career, she held senior roles at Skye Bank (now Polaris), Citibank Nigeria, and Commerce Bank.

She is a graduate of the University of Lagos. She holds a Master’s in Banking and Finance. She also has a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Association of National Accountants (FCNA), and a certified International Airport Professional (IAP).   Aboderin’s dynamic leadership continues to drive SAHCO’s strategic growth.

Kelly N. Imade

Kelly N. Imade is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience spanning Oil & Gas, Maritime, and Hospitality. A strategic leader in administration, protocol, and procurement, he has successfully managed high-profile projects and streamlined corporate operations across major organizations.

He began his career in the downstream petroleum sector with NNPC-PPMC Warri, Delta State, before transitioning to Nuel Ojei Group, Lagos, as Head of Administration & Protocol. There, he played a key role in the Total Radar Coverage of Nigeria (TRACON), a federal government project under the Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA) in partnership with Thales France. For over six years, he efficiently handled travel, logistics, and hospitality for over 100 expatriates.

Since joining SIFAX Group, his dedication and leadership have seen him head multiple departments, including Administration, Protocol, and Procurement. He currently serves as General Manager & Group Head, Procurement & Protocol, driving operational excellence and efficiency.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Petroleum Process Engineering from the Petroleum Training Institute, Delta State, a PGDM, and an MBA in Financial Management from LAUTECH. She played a pivotal role in the highly successful launch of the Lagos Marriott Hotel, Ikeja, one of the largest hotel openings in Sub-Saharan Africa. Through innovative marketing campaigns and customer-centric initiatives, she has significantly enhanced brand visibility and customer engagement, achieving a 75% improvement in customer satisfaction scores.

Olushola Adebote

Olushola Adebote has over 16 years of qualification experience across various sectors of the economy, such as security and safety, asset management, agro-allied, manufacturing, etc.

He joined Impacto Trading Nigeria Limited (a Member of Impacto Grupo World – Spain) as Accounts Officer in 2006 and his role was later changed to Internal Auditing due to the outcome of the company’s business process re-engineering exercise, and he held the position as Internal Auditor till December 2007.

He joined SIFAX Group in 2008 as a Senior Internal Audit Officer. Through selfless hard work, he moved up the ladder and became Head of Audit. He was redeployed to Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited (now Plc) as Head of Audit in 2013. He was later redeployed back to SIFAX  Group Head Office, and he is currently the Group Head of Internal Audit.

He holds an HND in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Offa Kwara State in 2001, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University, Ojo.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and also an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, as well as a Member of The Certified Institute of Internal Auditors. He began his professional career at Waldram Steel in the Netherlands before moving to the Caterpillar Group, where he honed his expertise in global logistics. Over the years, he expanded his portfolio by working with Dolipex Company (Ghana), Wurth Company (Netherlands), and DHL-Netherlands, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations across multiple markets.

In 2009, he was transferred by DHL to Nigeria as the Nigeria Product Head for Airfreight and Value-Added Services (VAS). In this capacity, he played a key role in developing and streamlining airfreight operations, ensuring seamless cargo movement across borders. After seven years of excellence in DHL, Paul took his expertise to Creseada International Limited, Nigeria, where he served as Product Head, Air, Ocean & International Network, further solidifying his reputation as a logistics strategist.

Omotayo Jalade

Omotayo Jalade is the Group Head of Administration at SIFAX Group, bringing over 20 years of expertise in administration, protocol management, and operational efficiency. His career began at Femboss Ventures as a Supervisor, where he developed leadership and operational skills before joining SIFAX Group as a Protocol Officer, excelling in managing organizational procedures and stakeholder relationships. Akande Olumuyiwa is a resourceful and experienced corporate communications professional with over two decades of experience in journalism, public relations, client management, business development, and digital marketing.

He has built competencies in Communications Strategy Development, Media Relations, Digital Media, Regulatory and Government Relations, Corporate and Retail PR, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sponsorship Management, Event Planning & Management, and Corporate Branding.

He started his career as a reporter with The Comet (now The Nation) newspaper before joining one of Nigeria’s leading public relations firms, Mediacraft Associates Limited, where he rose to become a PR Account Director. During his time at the agency, he was privileged to work on some of the biggest brands in Nigeria including ExxonMobil, Diamond Bank, Huawei, Star, Gulder, Amstel Malta, and Avon HMO, among others.

He is a Linguistics graduate of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and an alumnus of the School of Media and Communication, Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, where he obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Advanced Business Communication. Oliver Omajuwa

Oliver Omajuwa is the Director of Strategy at SIFAX Group, bringing on board a wealth of experience in corporate communications, business administration, marketing, and strategic leadership.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and an MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso in Nigeria.

A seasoned professional, Omajuwa is a fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MINM) and a member of both the Nigeria Institute of International Logistics & Administration (NIILA) and the Nigeria Institute of Shipping (NIS). These affiliations reflect his broad expertise across marketing, logistics, and international business.

Omajuwa served as a pioneer Sales Analyst at Classic Beverages, Chief Marketing Officer at Air Separation Nig Ltd, managing industrial oxygen production with its parent company in Buffalo, U.S.A., and Admin/Marketing Manager at Duraclean Gases. Since joining SIFAX Group in 2006, Omajuwa has advanced through various roles, including Marketing/Corporate Affairs Manager and General Manager of SIFAX Off-Dock. Mr. Kayode Ogunwole

Kayode Ogunwole is the Group Head, Information Technology at SIFAX Group, with over 27 years of experience in IT leadership and innovation. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science (Distinction) from Kwara Polytechnic, Ilorin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, an MBA from the University of Ilorin, and a Master’s in Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

Mr. Ogunwole’s career spans roles as a System Analyst/Programmer and IT Instructor before moving into the banking sector, where he spent over 12 years at the defunct Trade Bank Plc, rising to become Head of Network/Systems Administration. In his current role, he oversees IT strategy and operations, ensuring seamless technology integration across SIFAX Group’s diverse business sectors. A professional member of the Nigeria Computer Society and Computer Professionals of Nigeria, he has attended numerous local and international seminars, enhancing his expertise in IT and business development. his strategic vision and technical excellence make him a key contributor to organizational growth in a technology-driven world.

Chike Ogeah

Chike Ogeah is a seasoned legal professional, governance expert, and corporate leader with extensive experience spanning law, aviation, governance, and hospitality. A graduate of Psychology (1983) and Law (1988) from the University of Lagos, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. After practicing with Sofunde, Osakwe, Ogundipe & Belgore, he founded his law firm, Ogeah & Co.

His passion for governance and economic development led him to the Presidency, where he served as Special Assistant to two Chief Economic Advisers and later as National Coordinator of SEEDS, a highly successful economic reform initiative. He also contributed as a Facilitating Consultant in the Office of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

In 2006, he was appointed Managing Director/CEO of Skypower Aviation Handling Company Ltd (SAHCOL), where he oversaw one of Nigeria’s most transparent privatization processes in 2010. He later served as Delta State Commissioner for Information (2011-2015) under Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the state’s communication strategy. Mr. Ogeah has attended prestigious local and international training programmes and has held leadership roles in multiple organizations. Bolarinwa Abioye

With over two decades of experience in financial strategy, accounting, and corporate governance, Bolarinwa Abioye is an accomplished finance executive dedicated to driving SIFAX Group’s financial strength and sustainability.

Bolarinwa started his professional career in 1998 as an Account Trainee/Accounting Assistant at Marken Industries, Ibadan, before transitioning to Lintel Cards Limited in 2003, where he handled accounting and sales operations across South-Eastern Nigeria. His passion for financial excellence led him to Cormart Nigeria Ltd (CHI Ltd) in 2006, where he played a critical role in internal auditing and financial compliance.

In 2007, he joined SIFAX Group as an Account Officer, rising through the ranks to become the Group Chief Finance Officer. In this role, he is responsible for finance, strategy, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring SIFAX Group maintains strong financial health and operational efficiency.

He holds an HND in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic, a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, and an MBA (Finance Option) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. A certified financial expert, Bolarinwa is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Abiodun Elemide

Abiodun Elemide is a thorough-bred professional with over 16 years’ experience in risk management, financial management, accounting, compliance, internal control, audit, insurance and banking services.

He possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a distinction grade in Accounting and Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with a prize of 3rd best qualifying (final stage) candidate in May 2008 diet. Abayomi Obadare

Abayomi Obadare currently serves as the Group Deputy Director, Billings and Commercial at SIFAX Group, bringing over three decades of professional expertise and leadership to the organization.

He began his academic journey at Yaba College of Technology, earning his first degree in 1991, and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Financial Management (MBA) from Lagos State University. To further enhance his leadership and managerial acumen, Obadare has participated in numerous top-tier management courses and workshops both within Nigeria and internationally.

His career commenced in the banking sector, where he gained invaluable experience in banking operations. In 2004, he joined SIFAX Group as an Internal Auditor and has since made remarkable contributions across various key roles. Over the years, he has amassed extensive professional knowledge in shipping, port operations, and maritime administration. His diverse portfolio at SIFAX Group includes roles such as Clearing and Forwarding Manager, Group Logistics and Procurement Manager, General Manager, Billings and Commercial, and Group Head, Internal Control.

Mr. Obadare’s expertise is underscored by his numerous professional affiliations. He is a Fellow of the following prestigious institutions – the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, the Port and Terminal Management Academy of Nigeria and the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MILT).

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Obadare is deeply committed to humanitarian causes. As a Senior Member of Lions Clubs International, District 404, Nigeria, he actively contributes to community development and philanthropic initiatives. Jesuyemisi Odeyemi

Jesuyemisi Odeyemi is the Group Head of Legal Services and Company Secretary, responsible for overseeing legal affairs across SIFAX Group and providing strategic guidance to its subsidiaries. With a solid background in law, corporate governance, and strategic management, she ensures the Group maintains high legal and ethical standards.

Odeyemi holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ado Ekiti and completed her legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. She began her career as an associate counsel at A. Nwuke & Associates before transitioning to Ajose Adeogun & Associates, gaining a wealth of legal experience.

In 2008, she joined the banking sector, where she was a key contributor to the development of the branch operations system and processes of Wema Bank Plc. This role saw her lead various departments and units in the branch operations network of the bank, including customer service, cash operations, transaction processing, and overall branch management. Her leadership and customer-focused approach were key to her success in the banking industry. After 10 years in the banking industry, she was appointed Group Company Secretary/Director of Public Affairs of Adron Homes & Properties, providing advisory services on corporate governance and legal compliance. Odeyemi is a member of professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (ICSAN), Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), reflecting her dedication to governance and legal excellence.

John Jenkins is a seasoned maritime executive with nearly four decades of global expertise in port operations. Since joining the company in 2011 as Managing Director of Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited, he has played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Jenkins’ maritime journey began in 1979 at Stena Line, Harwich International Port, Essex, UK. Over the years, he has held several high-profile leadership roles across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, overseeing key port and terminal operations. His track record includes:

Barr. Ezekiel Olanrewaju Ajewole

Barrister Ezekiel Olanrewaju Ajewole is an Executive Director and the Senior Special Assistant to the Group Executive Vice-Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court in 2006. He is also a holder of Ordinary National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Yaba College of Technology Yaba and Diploma in Law from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos in 1995.

Barrister Ajewole has rendered meritorious services in many corporate organizations such as Pharchem Ind. Limited between 1974 and 1977; Nigerian Merchant Bank Limited between 1977 and 1979; and Berec Nigeria Plc where he held several positions such as Senior Confidential Secretary, Operations Manager, and Shipping Manager among others, between 1979 and 1998. He has also worked at Industrial Cartons Limited between 1999 to 2005 as the Personal Assistant to the Chairman.

He joined SIFAX Group in 2006 as the Special Assistant to the Group Executive Chairman and rose through the ranks to become an Executive Director in the Chairman’s office.

CHAIRMAN, SIFAX OFF DOCK NIGERIA LIMITED

Mrs. Folashade Afolabi

Folashade Afolabi is the Executive Chairman, SIFAX Off Dock Nigeria Limited and Sky Capital & Allied International Limited.

She is a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. The thorough-bred Regional and Town Planning professional also holds a Master’s degree in Transport Management, majoring in Logistics from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria.

She has about thirty-five years of professional experience in building engineering, which has taken her through HFP Engineering Company and Fast Foot Steps Construction Company between 1989 and 2008.

Before assuming the role as Chairman of the two companies, she served as the Executive Director of SIFAX Off Dock from 2008 to 2010. She is also a board member of Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO).

She is also the CEO of Macjasonack Construction Company Limited,  a building and construction engineering firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Bode Ojeniyi

With over 25 years of experience in finance, banking, and insurance, Bode Ojeniyi is a visionary leader in corporate services and business strategy. His ability to drive growth, optimize operational efficiency, and implement high-impact financial strategies has positioned him as an integral figure in SIFAX Group’s executive leadership team.

He currently serves as the Group Managing Director, Sky Capital Group, the financial services arm of SIFAX Group.

Before joining SIFAX Group, he was a Group Executive Director at Wapic Insurance Plc, where he managed multiple business functions, including sales, finance, audit & compliance, risk management, HR, investor relations, legal & company secretariat, corporate communications, and branding. His vast experience also includes leadership roles at Ecobank Nigeria and Access Bank Plc, where he played a pivotal role in business development and corporate banking.

Bode holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Strategic Management from Ogun State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK, and an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
